Our three goals

How we work to restore mental wellbeing in Ukraine

1

Providing mental health & wellbeing services

Building a wide network of services targeting kindergartens, schools, veterans, families, the elderly and the general public — including psychological support, counselling, wellbeing practices and physiotherapy.

2

Raising awareness through media & education

Transforming our website into a hub for mental health information; running media campaigns; publishing articles, videos and lectures to ensure everyone has access to knowledge about maintaining good mental health.

3

Supporting mental health professionals

Establishing Restart Foundation as a hub of support, training and professional development for mental health workers — ensuring they have the rest, balance and resources to sustain long careers serving Ukraine.

Active programmes

How we support

We are working to run hundreds of programmes across Ukraine. Our first programme is currently active in the Kyiv Region, with more launching soon.
